We've just finished 8 days recording at Hothouse in St.Kilda with Craig Harnath. The studio has hosted bands such as The Living End, You Am I, Something For Kate, Horsehead, Violetine, Jebediah, Custard, Snout and many others. The recording is soon to be mastered at Crystal Mastering.
Gig wise we're playing in the Final of the Melbourne University section of the National Campus Band Competition at the Evelyn this Wednesday (23/8) at 8:25. It's a 20 minute set, and we get judged on originality of material, musicianship, stage presentation, recording viability and audience response - so if you can make it, it will help.
We're also playing at the Bridgemall Inn in Ballarat on Friday September 1. If you want to come, let us know and we'll sort out transport.
